The Devouring Bloom Week 1: 5E D&D Summer Camp

Youth any age | Tommy, Shammo, &/or Dee

Just inside the Roothon Vastwood sits an old flower covered ruin, where people from far and wide have gathered to witness a rare event indeed. After a 29 year slumber the famed Climbing Duskpetal vines are about to bloom. The flowers are renowned not only for splendid beauty but also for the good fortune they give to those who see them open for the first time. This story has made the flower incredibly popular, and it can now be found in gardens and parks throughout the region!

Now in the ruins in the Vastwood, in city parks, and in town gardens across the realm,  festivals have sprung up to welcome the fabled flower. The celebrations are already in full swing when the first hints of dawn begin to light the sky. In the Vastwood, as the rays strike at the weathered stone of this long-lost city and dance over furled flowers and the expectant onlookers alike, thousands of tiny blossoms begin to open in a palette as rich as the twilight itself. The Climbing Duskpetal has bloomed.

The skies are painted in the same hues as the flowers now. The flowers are still blooming, but the festivals surrounding them are filled with deafening silence. There are no onlookers wandering among the blossoms, and in the bustling markets the vendors have stopped calling their wares. What has happened? How much time has passed? Where are all the people? Question after question line the petal strewn streets as the evening deepens.

Join us this summer and experience a unique story told across the season as players delve into the mystery of THE DEVOURING BLOOM. Help safeguard the peoples of the realm, resolve the dangers of the bloom, and possibly even unravel the secrets behind the rampaging menace that stalks the land.
